Intensiti Fighter Management (IFM) understand that being a modern-day athlete involves more than the fight itself. Whether it’s media, matchmaking, sponsorship or any other business-related area, IFM are in their fighters’ corner ensuring they get the most out of their career.

Originally established in 2005, IFM began by guiding the careers of UFC veterans Dan Hardy and Ross Pearson amongst many others, and represented Team England to the semi-finals of the M-1 Challenge.

In 2010, Graham Boylan, owner of combat sports franchises such as London Fight Store and the MMA Clinic’s international gym network, acquired IFM and began to procure rising talent immediately.

The next few years saw IFM build the careers of some of the most talked-about European athletes in MMA, including the UFC’s Joseph Duffy, Jack Hermansson, Tom Breese and Jack Marshman. In 2014, IFM took their search for rising talent across Europe to Scandinavia, signing top Nordic fighters such as UFC middleweight Mats Nilsson and Cage Warriors welterweight boss Nicolas Dalby. For a full list of current IFM fighters, see our ‘Athletes’ page.

IFM athletes have seen action in the most respected MMA promotions on the planet, including the UFC, Cage Warriors, KSW and Venator FC. With offices in the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, USA and Australia, the future is bright as IFM continues to move forward, bringing legal, commercial and sporting expertise to the fighters of the future.

'We have more than a decade's experience advising and guiding martial arts athletes from amateur to world professional level and we have a proven track record of success.'
